Libby Hunter, soloist for the dim light choir, address the Ann Arbor City Council on July 20, 2009.

The mayor seems to disapprove of song and threatens to demand the room be cleared of citizens. Note the person in the background that appears to be amused or embarrassed until the mayor tells everyone to stop singing, then he starts.

A little civil disobedience is still alive in Ann Arbor.
